Order Processing
All purchases are processed immediately upon payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with access details and/or next steps within a few minutes. If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
Digital Products & Services
For courses, downloads, templates, and other digital offerings, access is delivered via email or platform login upon purchase. These are considered “delivered” once access has been granted.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted or work has begun. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, we’re happy to chat before checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions (if applicable) can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancelation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to renewal. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
